Classes run for 45 minutess - 1 hour. In that time you will feel your muscles worked all over. It's a form of exercise which allows the ‘super fit’ to be in the same class as the ‘just want to get rid of the winter excess.'
You will find that it is a suitable and enjoyable form of exercise for pretty much everyone. It can increase your endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, range of motion and strength.
