The focus and pace of each session is not dictated to you, rather chosen by YOU at a level you find comfortable and appropriate for your own needs - whether it be for general health, fitness or wellbeing you will feel confortable but also at the same time challenged participating in these sessions.
Swimmers continually receive technical feedback with a view on improvement and progression, along with any fitness swimming goal you have in mind.
